Assistant Inspector General for Management
Naima Taylor is the Acting Assistant Inspector General for Management responsible for the execution of management and administrative services in support of OIG worldwide staff and regional offices. This includes management of OIG Human Capital, Information Technology, Financial Resources and Policy Planning.
Ms. Taylor joined OIG on February 2000, as Computer Specialist in the Information Technology Division. She later served as the Chief Network & Computer Operations Division until she assumed her current position as the Director of the Information Management Division since 2005. Prior to joining OIG, Ms. Taylor served in USAID Mission in Cairo, Egypt, as Personnel Service Contractor (PSC) and as a contractor with the Global Bureau and the Office of Information Resources Management in Washington, DC.
Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from Strayer University, a Masters of Science in Information Technology from the University of Maryland, Chief Information Officer (CIO) certificate from General Service Administration and is alumnus of the Federal Executive Institute. Mr. Taylor is fluent in Arabic and Somali Languages.
