2021 OIG Organizational Assessment

The annual organizational assessment is part of OIG’s framework to strategically promote effectiveness and efficiency in U.S. foreign assistance programs, achieve the highest return on taxpayer investment in our operations, and provide transparency and accountability to our stakeholders. Continual performance monitoring and reporting is critical to ensuring optimal oversight operations. In this assessment, we report on the progress made in fiscal year 2021 toward our strategic goals.
