The USAID Office of Inspector General, Inspections and Evaluations Division, is initiating an inspection of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF).
Our objectives are to determine the extent to which USADF established and implemented policies and procedures to (1) form and leverage partnerships and (2) administer grants and unsolicited proposals through partnership and agency matching funds.
