On September 1, leaders from the Offices of Inspector General (OIGs) for the Department of State (State), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and Department of Defense (DoD) met with key anti-corruption officials from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), and the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) of Ukraine.

Six Oklahomans Charged with Cares Act Fraud

Last week, Acting Deputy IG Nicole L. Angarella presented at an event hosted by the World Bank for the Representatives of the Internal Audit Services (RIAS) Plenary Session, entitled “Evolving Assurance in Fragile Environments: Insights, Lessons-Learned, and Innovative Solutions.”

The panel focused on topics including challenges of operating in fragile states, the potential role of new technology, evolving assurance practices in fragile states, and the importance of collaboration.
