Operation Pacific Eagle-Philippines Lead Inspector General Quarterly Report to the United States Congress, October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019

Under the Lead Inspector General framework, the Inspectors General for the Department of Defense, Department of State, and the U.S. Agency for International Development conduct oversight of and report on the overseas contingency operation "Operation Pacific Eagle-Philippines".This report covers the period of October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and summarizes the key events over the period and describes completed, ongoing, and planned Lead IG and partner agency oversight work related to the operations.
